Interferón pegilado Alfa-2A, tratamiento que mayor curación ofrece ante la hepatitis C

La combinación de interferón pegilado alfa-2a ('Pegasys', de Roche) y Ribavirina ha demostrado en una revisión llevaba a cabo por el grupo Hepatobiliar de la Colaboración Cochrane, ser el tratamiento más adecuado para la hepatitis C (VHC), pues los pacientes en tratamiento con Pegasys tienen un 11% más de posibilidades de alcanzar la curación que los que siguen el otro tratamiento disponible (R.R = 1,11).
